Reportedly, the blood of the wrong-way driver has been collected to be tested for the presence of alcohol and/or drugs. He also suffered injuries, and he is expected to be officially booked for charges related to the accident following his release from the hospital. He has been charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault.
