Since 2002, Patrick Dylan Witherington's law practice has focused on helping individuals and businesses throughout the state of Tennessee. He represents people and small business owners when they are faced with problems that require legal assistance from an experienced attorney.

Patrick is admitted to practice by the Tennessee Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Mr. Witherington received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in business transactions. In law school, Patrick served as an editor of the Tennessee Law Review. Patrick received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama where he was recognized as an accounting honors graduate.

Active in his community, Mr. Witherington served as a board member of the Nashville Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division from 2004-2010. He was the chairman of the Davidson County High School Mock Trial Competition in 2008. He served as a board member for the Donelson-Hermitage Exchange Club from 2012-2014. In 2011, Patrick Witherington was recognized as a "Homerun Hitter" by the Nashville Bar Association and the Nashville Pro Bono Program for his volunteer legal work in the community.

Mr. Witherington has successfully handled business and contract disputes, construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, partnership disputes, personal injury claims and professional malpractice claims.
